…as top aide gets turbaned
The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva has congratulated Hon. Farouk Umar on his recent turbanning as San Turakin Paiko and Saudunan Fulani in, Paiko Niger State.
Sylva, while addressing Pressmen described Hon. Farouk as a ‘worthy man and an enthusiastic custodian of our culture’
“I have no doubts”, Sylva continued, “That Hon. Farouk will fit well in these very esteemed and very exalted positions of leadership.”
According to a press release on Tuesday, 28 December 2021 signed by the Special Assistant on Media and Public Affairs to H.E Timipre Sylva, Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Julius Bokoru, he said that Farouk is the Senior Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and a key player in the country’s oil and gas industry.
In a similar development, also lending his congratulatory voice for the feat, the publisher of the Valuechain Magazine, Alhaji Musa Bashir Usman, eulogized the celebrant, saying that it was a well deserved crowning for Hon. Farouk as the new San Turakin Paiko and Sardaunan Fulani of Paiko.
According to the publisher, it was a no mean achievement for Hon. Farouk “because his contributions towards the development of the youths, among others, since his days as a legislator till this moment, are among the numerous good deeds that are speaking for him. I congratulate him.
“I strongly believe that as a man of the people, Hon. Farouk has better prospects ahead and I pray Allah to continue to guide and protect him”, Alhaji Musa Bashir enthused.
