PTDF Executive Secretary Inspects CPESK

The Executive Secretary, Mr. Ahmed Galadima Aminu, visited the College of Petroleum and Energy Studies Kaduna. In his entourage were some members of the Management team of the Fund.

A statement by the head of Press and External Relations of the Fund said that the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) has taken a significant step forward in its commitment to human capacity development and domestication of its programs in line with the current strategic goals of the Fund.

During the visit, the Executive Secretary underscored the critical role of human capacity development in driving innovation and sustainable growth in the oil and gas industry.

He emphasized the need to prioritize the domestication of Postgraduate programs (MSC & PhD), noting the significance of nurturing local talents and expertise to maximize the potential of Nigeria’s latent resources in the oil and gas sector.

With a focus on promoting In-country human capacity development initiatives, PTDF continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Nigeria’s energy landscape.

He reiterated the Fund’s commitment to providing state-of-the-art facilities for academic and research activities.
