NOG Conference to Focus on Strategies to Navigate Emerging Business Environment

The 2024 edition of the Nigerian Oil and Gas (NOG) Energy Week is set to focus on the strategies that will be employed by the Nigerian government and private sector leaders to navigate the emerging business environment, thereby helping to set the nation’s energy agenda for the next 12 months and beyond.

Information passed across by the organizers on the event website disclosed that the event will be convening policy makers, energy leaders, industry professionals, and financiers from across the globe. 

The event, set to be the largest one to serve the Nigerian energy industry, has been scheduled to take place from 30 June – 4 July at the International Conference Center (ICC), Abuja. 

The NOG conference will host discussions on the industry’s most immediate challenges and ambitions in order to drive sustainability, industrialization and economic growth, while navigating the journey towards a secure and just energy transition for Nigeria.

It will also review Nigeria’s positioning within the evolving global energy landscape, with a focus on emerging opportunities to drive investment and transform the energy industry through robust legislation, technology and innovation, in-country capacity development and actualize energy sufficiency targets.

The week-long energy conference  is a prime opportunity for delegates to connect with fellow professionals, industry leaders, and potential collaborators.
