A man was spotted carrying a placard with a message that people inciting unrest in the state, as well as those who support them, may have forgotten. “IMO BELONGS TO ALL OF US, LET US PROMOTE PEACE AND ORDERLINESS,” the placard reads.

Another man was spotted carrying a Placard with a message that everybody in Imo state would have been worried since the unrest began. The placard reads ” GOVERNMENT PROTECT OUR LIVES AND PROPERTIES”

In Imo state, innocent people have been killed and the properties of several prominent people have been burned down in recent months. The most recent is that of Chief A.K Ugba, whose mansion was razed by unidentified gunmen two days ago.
