The dmg events, the organisers of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Conference and Exhibition (NOG) has announced a new date for the 2020 edition which also marks the 20th year anniversary of the event.
Described as the meeting place for the Nigerian oil and gas industry for 20 Years, the Country Manager (Nigeria) of dmg events, Wemimo Oyelana said the 2020 edition of NOG will now take place on 9 – 12 November 2020 at the International Conference Centre (ICC) – Abuja, Nigeria.
Oyelana said, “The Due to the escalation of the COVID-19 situation, NOG 2020 will now take place on 9 – 12 November 2020 at the ICC- Abuja, Nigeria. Adding that “the wellbeing of our clients and staff remains our utmost priority and we will continue to monitor how the situation progresses globally. “
She hinted that all future decisions taken on the event will be in consultation with world health experts and the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
Continuing, Oyelana stated that the NOG team is continuing with the preparations to deliver an event that will add value to the industry amidst all the challenges being faced. Adding that this year is no different especially in the current climate.
The Country Manager noted that the Conference has been pivotal in providing a platform for Presidents, Ministers, Heads of Governments Agencies and CEOs to discuss plans for policy, up-coming projects and solutions to current challenges in the industry.
