Unveiling Ethiopian Airlines’ Online Booking Platform for Cargo Services

Ethiopian Cargo and Logistics Services, which is Africa’s largest aviation cargo network operator, has launched a new feature that enables customers to make online reservations for their cargo.

The company is one of the divisions of Ethiopian Airlines Group and its new platform enables customers check flight schedules, space availability, “loadability” of freight, as well as make a real-time booking of shipments in a single and convenient way, using cargobooking.ethiopianairlines.com to access the new service.

The company is rolling out the online booking service subsequent to its introduction of the mobile application to heighten its customers’ better-service experience. The Mobile App, which is available for Android and IOS, brings convenience to customers with real-time update through a range of self-service features. On the Mobile App, customers can check flight schedules, submit inquiries, receive notifications when shipments are ready, book charter flights, and also track shipments.
