The meeting of the Board of Directors of TotalEnergies on Thursday July 26, under the Chairmanship of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, who is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the multinational energy giant, decided the distribution to shareholders of the second 2023 interim dividend of €0.74 per share.
This represents an increase of 7.25% compared to the three interim dividends paid for fiscal year 2022 and identical to the final ordinary dividend for fiscal year 2022 and to the first 2023 interim.
The Company said that this increase is in line with the shareholder return policy confirmed by the Board of Directors in February 2023 and reiterated at the Annual General Meeting of May 26, 2023.
According to a statement from TotalEnergies, this interim dividend will be paid in cash exclusively.
